A Thank You Message From Jay

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the many people who supported me throughout the campaign process; not least among them my wife and children whose personal sacrifice allowed me the time to concentrate on campaign activities. A special thanks to Tom Lynch who decided that I was worthy of his support and worked as hard as I did on helping me network and gain the necessary name recognition to compete. A special thanks to my web designer and graphic artist John Tedesco of Jam Graphics; his ability to take my thoughts and translate them into art was exceptional.

I entered this race not out of a desire to participate in the political process but because I felt that as Sheriff I would be giving back to the community I have come to call home in the way that I do best; as a public safety professional. In the course of trying to achieve this I have had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know on a more personal basis many of the wonderful people who make up Sussex County and for this my life is greatly enriched. I do not regret a moment of participation as I walk away from this experience with new friends and an unforgettable life experience.
